What this site collects
When you send an enquiry, complete the wellness assessment, or download the free guide, I store the details you give me — name, email and the information you choose to share — so I can reply to you personally. Your enquiries and assessment answers are kept private and are never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
When you are simply browsing, the site records anonymous usage statistics (which pages are visited) and, if you allow it, advertising measurement cookies.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
With your permission, this site uses the Meta Pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., to measure the performance of advertising campaigns — for example, whether an ad brought you here and whether you later made an enquiry.
This means Meta receives information about your visit, including pages viewed and events such as enquiries, along with standard browser and device information. Meta may use this to measure and improve advertising. Ad clicks and impressions are counted regardless of your cookie choice; the Pixel itself only runs when you allow it.
In regions where consent is required, you were shown a cookie banner. You can accept, decline, or change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site. Declining stops the Pixel from sending information about you.
Your rights and choices
You can withdraw advertising consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also ask me at any time to delete your enquiry, assessment or guide-signup details — just email hello@thealignmentstudio.com.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. Data may be transferred to and processed by Meta in the United States and other countries under Meta's own terms.
